BrandMyBag is an independent, one-person project run by Debayan Ghosh Dastider. This page explains what information is collected through this site and how it's used.

What's collected

• Contact details you provide when claiming a spot (name, email or X/Twitter handle) — used to reach you about your ad placement.
• Logo or artwork you upload or send — used only to produce the sticker for your claimed spot.
• Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay. This site does not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, or bank details at any point — payment happens on Razorpay's own hosted page.

How it's used

Information is used solely to run the auction: contacting spot holders, producing and applying stickers, and communicating about outbids or refunds. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except Razorpay as the payment processor necessary to complete your transaction.

Data retention

Contact details and logos are kept only as long as needed to fulfill an active or recent spot claim, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time.
